The hotel attendants have above average service! The front desk was sweet, attentive and honest! Liked that she was down to earth and funny also!

I stayed on the 18th to crash there for one night after attending a wedding. I reserved my room ahead of time, so reserving online was a pretty smooth process. I did find it jarring that they charge you if you lock yourself out of your room, but then again it was totally my fault and the charge was not even that much. The staff there is friendly and even helped me out to hook up my chromecast to their WIFI. You do not know true peak single life relaxation until you are able to sit in a hot bath eating a McDonalds fries and shake while still being able to see crunchyroll playing on the tv. The hot water came out plenty hot so I assume that if you were to take a shower it would be able to last you for a bit. The bed was comfortable enough and they had a fridge/freezer that actually worked (This is in comparison the the Sheraton hotel in seattle that didn't for double the price) and a microwave. There was one lamp that did not work, but not like I was going to use that lamp anyways. The only real slightly disappointing thing about my stay was the continental breakfast, but that is free so I can't really complain too much. Overall I found my stay to actually be really comfortable. I only wish that the weather was better so that I could make use of the pool during my stay.

To say this place was dated is an understatement. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The nightstands were permanently stained and had dried fluids on them . The door was stained and vandalized with graffiti which was I pointed out so I wouldn't be charged for damage. The lamp shades had holes in them and the paint on the lamp was oxidized/rusted. I did not want to get charged for the damage on the lampshades so I pointed that out also and the motel employee was kind enough to swap it out. For some strange reason, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke when I turned on the fan. The blankets had several cigarette burn in them and there were ashes on the bed which I also pointed out and the motel personnel agreed that that room was not cleaned and swapped out our blankets. I requested an ironing board and was told by the evening front desk person that they didn't have any. The following morning, I saw a motel employee carrying an ironing board to another room. The motel manager was kind enough to explain that the evening front desk personnel wasn't aware and was new/didn't know and brought an ironing board up to our room herself. What bothered me was the motel owner, his name was Tony wouldn't return our Email or phone call. Also the employees would not tell me his last name as if they did not know or was unsure or if they were trying to protect him. I realized right away this was a no-frills facility but I paid $450+ for a 2-night stay and expected a higher standard and cleanliness. It was also a graduation weekend and there were no other vacancies. Needless to say, I will never stay at this Super 8 again. Hard to believe this part of the Wyndham hotel chain.

I used to stay here till I worked here. They manager at the time hired here friends who never cleaned and would send me in after them to pick up their slack. I was doing rooms and laundry while checking rooms and cleaning after her bum housekeeper friends. I also discovered bed bugs in half the rooms and tried to report each room so they can get treated and nobody cared. I care about my job and is love housekeeping but I had to quit out of fear I would bring home bugs and overworked. She tired to hold my check hostage until I signed a paper. The maintanence man was amazing and works hard. Hope he gets a pay that he deserves for this hard work because I didnt.
