Go to any other urgent care than saint Luke's. If the don't treat your issue they will charge you again to see you. I will happily take my business down the road. Goodbye to 30 years. Bad business

Front desk lady is freaking rude!!! If I could have I would have went to my son dr for his physical!!!! Come to find out she a nurse practitioner

Always get you in quickly, unlike CareNow where you sometimes have to wait literal hours. Staff is attentive, courteous and compassionate. They're surprisingly thorough. Also, theyre located in Hy-vee right across from the pharmacy (great pharmacy by the way. Much better than CVS , Walgreend and Costco) so if you need a prescription they automatically send it over and you have your medication in 15 minutes or less. I prefer this Urgent Care over my primary care doctor by far.

I've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes to be seen but usually there is no wait
Not 100% sure but the St Lukes system does have primary doctors located around the metro
Not at the convenient care locations but they will give you the information on where to find one. With my insurance I pay a regular copay as if I am seeing a primary care provider since these locations are not "Urgent Care" locations.
