Was Honestly Horrible. Was supposed to be a public cruise. There was a wedding party on board, people were standing on stairs throughout the cruise so accessing the bar or bathroom was a chore. People came up from downstairs and stood around railing in front of us so we couldn't see anything. We were told when we bord the boat we had to go upstairs. When we booked it said we could do upstairs or down. We've done these cruises at many different locations. This one was by far the worst.

July 21 myself and two friends had reservations for the 2:30 Upper Deck tour. Just as we got there, we got a call that the cruise was cancelled due to winds. Ok, we proceeded to the dock and were given a Rain Check for $90 to use at a later date. The next day I called to rebook our rain check for the August 10th 2:30 upper deck cruise. I reached someone who was driving in their car and had to look up if they had a cruise at that time. I knew they did as I was looking at their web site right then. So she confirmed that there was a cruise at that time so I “just had to show up”. That should have been my first clue. The three of us showed up yesterday for our cruise. Lots of people waiting, including a tour bus from Virginia and a group from an assisted living facility. Everyone has to check in and the upper deck customers got blue wrist bands. When I handed in my rain check ( which shows $90 for three tickets), I was told we were on the lower deck. I stated we had paid for upper deck. Was told there wasn’t room on the upper deck. I said i had called to reserve the upper deck, but was told again I “just had to show up”. So apparently they were a full boat. We were not offered the difference in a refund ($12) or a free drink or anything. What a lousy way to run a business!

Yes it is. We took wheelchairs and all when we took all of our people on a tour.
It depends on time of day and what you are going for. I went on a who dun it murder mystery tour which was 70$ per person.

Yes you really should book ahead. Get on their website it's really easy to click on and book your excursion as pricing and everything then you know you've got your ticket and your seat. Plus it has the listings of one they do the lunch cruises and the dinner cruises
