I have observed I two consecutive occasions that bus drivers from East Brunswick to Port Authority Bus Terminal and back do not assist senior citizens and other passengers to load their luggage 🧳 in the cargo hold . Bus drivers are as nasty as they get especially the black bus drivers and I am African American myself.

The current supervisor at the east brunswick transportation center is so lazy & not fit for this job. When the bus arrives this guy is still sitting & always on his phone. The bus driver has to come down & walk to him & tell him how many passengers did he take. I have seen some other day, when the bus was late this guy don't care to tell the passengers standing in line the reason for the delay & when is it arriving. He is on his phone, I don't know what he is doing always on phone. Coach USA seriously need to do a good job in the bus service & also placing the right person for the job at the right place. Maybe lazy & inactive person like this guy can work in some other department where it can be tolerated. Thanks.
