Really nice hotel. Location good. Looks very clean. Front desk staff very helpful. Plenty of parking spaces. Stayed 2 nights. Really liked it. Good beds.

Was in town for a wedding in Newberg. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Newberg and ~1 hour from the coast. Room was clean, and bathroom was pretty spacious and water pressure was fairly good. There was only one lamp in the room which was a little odd, it got a bit dark in the evening. Plenty of mirrors which came in handy with multiple people getting ready. Free breakfast was a bit disappointing over the weekend, however there were muffins and you could make your own waffle, but hey can’t beat free. Staff overall was friendly. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately, air pods were stolen from our room and hotel management would not call us back. We called the police and then the air pods were magically found in the laundry, but they weren't ours. They insisted that they had to be but they are not and now we have someone else's air pods that we paid to have shipped to us and that we have to return and also file a police report. They have security cameras and electronic key cards but what good are they if they don't follow up when a guest reports something missing? Obviously, won't stay there again.

Every staff member was nice and very accommodating, including the person I called prior to booking just to ask questions. Everything we asked to be brought to our room was delivered quickly (impressive given that everywhere is understaffed due to covid). The only thing I did not like was that the beds are super tall, perfect for someone who is 6 ft tall, I am not that tall. However, still 5 stars because when I asked staff if there were different rooms with shorter beds, they said they could lower my bed for me, turns out, the beds are on stilt like things... anyway, I only even mention the beds to say, if they are too tall, ask them to be lowered. They'll do it! Great stay!
