My wife Vira purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee this week. Our experience with her sales person Conner was outstanding. He took care of everything we needed. He delivered the car personally and spent over an hour going over the details of the vehicle while here. We can't say enough about the entire experience. We had gotten the run around for months trying to locate a WK model from other dealers. She called Ferrario and within 2 days she had her new Jeep!! Delivered in 5 days after initial contact!!!

Masks required as like every other
Hello Patti, thank you for writing. We were aware of your concerns at the time. We fully agree with your opinion on masks. Our staff wears them when appropriate. We did speak to the offending customer privately. The customer was uncooperative. Rather than create a scene we chose to handle it by providing ample separation far in excess of six feet. It is unfortunate that this individual would not comply. We hope you understand this was a difficult situation.
