BJ was customer oriented and provided us with all of the information that we needed. We are new to the area and he happily answered our a million and one questions. Prices are very reasonable. I am uncertain as to how they received the negative reviews that they did, my first experience was great. Will definately be going back.

Charges $5 per bag and the disposal by load is way over priced. The employees sit around and are extremely lazy. They act as if they don't want you there.

The employee was belligerent, got right in my face, and started yelling, apparently I asked one too many questions. I was charged by me placing a couple armfuls of construction debris on the landing, then the guy in the office "estimates" the cost! Horrible way to do business!
