We gave been camping here for 6 years 5 in our own campsite...everyone is like family here. Cornhole tournaments or just for fun, carry ins ,golf cart parades, cook offs,DJ or concerts at the stage...just a lot of FUN!

Depends on when you go. After it rains heavily is a little muddy, but normally, no. And fishing is pretty good, when water isn't up to high. There's alot of hump head carp and silver carp... catfish... etc... so these are bottom feeders anyways.... even if water is muddy... the bottom is where you catch more. There's some pretty BIG carp in here.
Not necessarily.... I would assume that it would be now considering there's flooding in the area... and the water is up... But normally it isn't. Fishing has been great for me there !

Walleye is decent in early spring, crappie can be excellent in the spring, catfish can be caught all summer. I like Sonny's dip bait, shad, shad pieces and shad guts. I've caught a shovelnose sturgeon there. Lots of diff. fish live in the mississinewa tailwaters.
