When your employees drop the ball on an order they had over a month to complete, don't take your anger out on the customer.. Manage your business better, and follow up with your employees to make sure they are completing the work the promise to your customers. When you have no idea what they are doing it makes you look unprofessional when you try to abuse the costumer for your own incompetence.

I am visiting from out of state and was so impressed with the friendly, helpful service I received today from Elijah. He patiently listened to me describe my very very fragile keepsakes that I was shipping, took care to note the appropriate packing materials and handling, and was totally professional and kind. I’d recommend stopping at this IPS store anytime for packing and shipping.

The employees have always been very friendly! I enjoy coming to this store to drop off packages. I also like that I can do Amazon returns to the store, but wish the box shipped more often as it takes a lot longer to get my refund than if I drop off at Kohls. It’s much easier to take my kids into the UPS store than Kohls.
