Had a bit of a wait, but it was understandable; family weekend held at the college that weekend. Great people and excellent food.

Ordered dinner with my wife and daughter, waitress brings two meals to our table. Around 5 minutes later manager comes by and asks how is everything, my wife says we don't know we are still waiting on our daughters dinner. The waitress said the cook forgot to make her kids quesadilla, the applbees in st joseph is the worst I've been too.

Charged us seven times for one meal taking $976 from our account. Resulting in us having to transfer funds from multiple accounts to cover the mortgage and the $976. The response received was sorry we'll give back the extra charges in 72 hours. They should have said sorry took 1k from you, we'll issue a full refund your meal is on us.
