HORRIBLE ..!!!!!!!!! Lived in this area for 9+ yrs & have always used this ER/Hospital but after this last visit I don't think I'll be returning. I was treated with disrespect by the doctor on call & the waiting time was absolutely REDICULOUS!!!!!

I drove my cousin to the Emergency Room last weekend, after he took a ricochet from a shotgun pellet while rabbit hunting. One pellet entered above his left eye 1" above. The Dr. On duty had no idea what he was doing in my opinion. I had blood all over my hands from trying to stop my cousins bleeding and he tells me to grab the lidocaine liquid, I explain to him that my hands are not sterile and I'm not a medical professional. He still insists that I hold the bottle of lidocaine and he sticks the needle in. That's just the beginning. Very unprofessional

My great aunt sat in the emergency room for 6 to 8 hours waiting to see a doctor and be put in a room the first time she went this past week. They sent her home then she had to go back because the problem wasn’t fixed and again she sat in the emergency room waiting for at least 8 hours. There was no reason it should have taken this long and we have had problems with several other members of the family as well when coming to this hospital. When they sent her on to a much larger hospital we got services right away. Was not pleased with how she was treated.

They have several surgeons as well as a surgery center on the north side of the building. Depending on your needs. If they can not facilitate your needs there, then they will refer you to another surgeon that can help you.
We are licensed for 25 beds by the State of Missouri.
Yes. We just started a new system and have discontinued our vaccine hotline. We offer the 2-dose MODERNA vaccine once a week. To schedule an appointment, please call 660-465-2828 and ask for Samantha Murphy. This is the new number and contact information for the vaccine, rather than the vaccine hotline number. AK
I am on Humana, but I believe they accept United Healthcare as well. Most places do Blue Cross/ Sheild too...😄
Not sure. Most specialty things are sent to Columbia, Kirksville, or Quincy.
