We have been part of Maple Weekend since it first began in New York. We have never done pancake breakfasts but we do sell food - pulled pork with maple bbq sauce, chili, hot dogs, maple ice cream, iced maple cappuccino, fresh baked bread, etc. We just thought we'd do something different :)

Maple syrup does not go bad...even if it were to get mold on top you just skim it off and Bring syrup to boil, cool and enjoy Syrup should be refrigerated after opening
