The appetizer came cold, and the kitchen is 10-ft away… they were out of potatoes for the bowl so I got mac, & also a fam size mac. Both cold. My partner got a sandwich, & didn’t enjoy. The only thing hot was the collards, not good service for 20% tip automatically. Probably the worst food I’ve eaten from an RVA restaurant.

Friendly and attentive staff, food was delicious and they make gluten free fried chicken & fries! Outdoor seating available. Fun atmosphere.

Great find while in Richmond. Ordered the Hot Chick with fries. Also tried the Brussels sprouts. Everything was very good. Be careful though because the hot chick is extremely hot.

I've wanted to try this place for awhile, and I'm glad I finally had the opportunity to dine here tonight! The service was exceptional, fast, and friendly, and everyone who assisted us felt genuinely pleased to be there. The food was top-notch, bar none: everyone at the table ordered a different sandwich, and nobody left dissatisfied! (Pro Tip - Ask for that extra Buffalo sauce for your waffle fries, and you'll never want to put anything else on fries ever again.) With so many options available, I will definitely be coming back to sample more of this institute's excellent menu!
