We went in to get our lower ball joints replaced and I asked them to check the uppers because I felt they needed replaced due to how the truck was driving. They said everything was "straight" and when I drove off the lot the truck seemed to drive the same. Fast forward to when I go get my tires replaced at another shop and he wanted to let me know that he noticed my upper ball joints needed replaced just like I had assumed. The service from loyds was fine but I don't appreciate the dishonesty, especially when I knew it needed done but they brushed it off.

I was leaving town and my tire went flat.they were busy, but got me in and out in 20 mins.on top of that they are very friendly and knowledgeable. If i ever have another issue when im in town i know where im going.
