I love Target and the fact that the staff is friendly and helpful unlike many other places. They also have cute clothing and shoes, however the quantity in which they carry is a big disappointment. It’s hard to find what you want in any particular size bc of this. Besides this, it’s nice to go into a clean store and actually find staff who do not act as though they don’t want to be at work and are happy to help you.

I bought 5 items. While I was hunting for my credit card, I guess the cashier put 3 of my items in a bag -2 cards and 1 small package of tissue paper. I thought he had put in the large birthday box I bought which he handed to me and I left. I got home and the cards and tissue were not in the box. He never handed me a bag. I have called and called and I get to the guest department and it constantly disconnects. Been trying to call there for 2 hours and can get no where. I don't have time to go back today. Why have a phone number if you are just going to hand up on customers and why did the employee not give me my purchases? Really weird. I will try to go back tomorrow in between appointments. Very disappointing!

Awesome experience! Our organization went in to purchase a large quantity of items for a charity drive. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They helped us find our items and made the check out process so so easy. Thank you to Sam, Katie, Imari, Armando, and Katie for all your help.
