Terrible customer service. Order not accurate twice. 35 minutes wait for my order with nobody ahead of me. 4 people that came in after me left before me. Was told “they ordered breakfast. You ordered lunch.” Makes no sense. Won’t be back. Idc how good the food is. Service sucked

I like the food and the drinks. My only problem with the restaurant is some of the staff. I asked a drink with no ice. They give me plenty 🧊. I was so mad 😠

Food is pleasantly extremely authentic Haitian cuisine. Probably the only 2nd Haitian establishment that has met this criteria for me in over 20 years. I love the food and deserts. This restaurant is a “must go to”- just like any other tourist attractions. Go there now-Your taste buds will have a feast.

The food and staff are amazing! I absolutely love coming here! The variety of food is so vast and i have enjoyed each dish I have tried. My favorite is the griot with a side of scotch bonnet and also the fried red snapper with rice and plantains!! And also their new patacon or tostones

A bad place

I will never go back to this restaurant.Customer service is the worst ever.The additives are HORRIBLE!!! The young was stopping to answer her phone calls and texts.The line was very very long and she didn’t care.Everyone was complaining.

Map urges people who are more polite because last night the girl is taking a look at her bother and she does not put spoons on the food, so it's not possible for someone to get hurt with your customers.

They are truly chaotic

I had to make a fuss because she didn’t want to give me my money back. Someone else asked for her money back as well. If you’re not Haitian they don’t care how they treat and that’s not cool. We love the food and support your business. Not cool !!!

Yes, they are can be very rude, that's any restaurant you go to when they lack customer service, they dont train these people. Thankfully the food is good, I just avoid waiting inside by ordering before I get there....
