Ordered three pounds of ground coffee... The only had beans but offered to grind it. The attendant handed us only two pounds after we paid for three. When we brought this to her attention she said her manager told her to short us... Oh it's not my fault "my hands did it, but they didn't know what they were doing ". Very dirty store...enter at your own peril. Contacted corporate and they responded immediately only to completely dropping the ball and never following up. I'll drive 5 miles out of the way not to patronize this location.

Kid tells me there out of matcha latte and I see the container on the counter full. I tell him I see it and then all of a sudden the skim milk machine is broke.

Place has turned so disgusting inside and out we have tried to support our local dunkin but don’t think we will be going here anymore clean up a little so nasty! Sad to say the Food and drinks are the Same. Been loyal customer for six years!!!!
