I would not recommend this salon for color. The first stylist died my hair and then gave me super grown out honey highlights. The color was pretty but I didn’t spend $400 to get highlights that look like they've grown out for 8 months. I called the salon and they suggested I book with another stylist for a "redo". The second stylist turned me bright blonde (I'm a brunette and was clear that I wanted to stay that way). My hair is now super dry and brittle. Go elsewhere, they don't know what they are doing.

Worst experience ever. Massage therapist doesn’t show up for my massage. Staff doesn’t tell me for over 40 minutes. I was just waiting and realized it was taking too long so I went back to front desk and they stumbled about and finally told me that I didn’t have a therapist for my appointment. I had cancelled other plans for this spa appointment. Very unprofessional. I will not go back to Milk and Honey Salon. It’s not the same salon that it was 10 years ago. Too many better choices for spa services in Austin. Milk and Honey needs to revamp its commitment to clients, staff and customer service.

Beautiful spa. Beauticians were kind an accommodating. It didn’t feel worth the price I paid for a manicure though. Vegan nail polish looked dull. There was no base coat or top coat applied. Over all service was wonderful. Just not happy with the final product for the cost.

Worst haircut I have ever had. Hair dye job was also terrible. I had to go two days later for a super short haircut to fix the mess I was left with. I am so disgusted and think I should have a total refund.

Partisans under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you wish to schedule multiple children, each child must have an adult accompanying them to receive services. Hair Care: We offer hair services for persons ages 5 to 17. Partisans under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Skin Care: Teenagers between the ages of 12 to 17 may receive facial services and/or facial and arm waxing. Underage clients may not receive waxing services below the waist. Massage Care: Teenagers ages 15 to 17 may receive the Head, Hands, and Foot Massage with the same-gender therapist. Client is required to wear swimwear or be fully clothed to receive service. We can validate your parking at several garages nearby including the City Hall parking garage and the AMLI garage on either 2nd street or San Antonio. We validate for up to two hours Monday - Friday before 5pm at City Hall and any day of the week at the AMLI.
