Good selection of quality furniture. The service attitude of staff is variable hence the loss of a star. They can be a bit uppity.

Buyer beware. While they do post signs that all sales are final, I never imagined that it would be impossible to return goods that were damaged in loading or that there was no way to see the damage in the way that it was displayed in the store. I happened to see damage as the guys were loading my car, but I had to get back to work and called as soon as I left the store to report it. They said that one item was not returnable and that it was my responsibility to do a full inspection prior to purchase. Pretty hard to do when it was a heavy 9 x 11 rug where the damage was on the backside (tire tracks) and it was covered with furniture on the floor. I also purchased a table with a glass top that on the floor looked great, but I noticed the glass edge was chipped when it was loaded in. I commented on it and figured it must not be visible when it was on the stand. Well after I got home, realized how difficult it was to put the glass back on, it was super clear it was damaged by the guys who disassembled and loaded it. There was no way I missed that in the store. After being passed to the manager, I was told I could return the table but I had to get it back by the end of the day. That was not really possible for me and there was zero accommodation for my needs. I really like what I got but felt I was taken advantage of in the process. Super disappointing. I won't be back.

This is public forum and questions with that level of detail can not be answered here. Call Joy's directly, I'm sure they can help.
There are flyers at the store from companies they work with. Give them a call for additional information.
You need to call them and speak with someone.
I don't know. It's almost all furniture but there is the odd piece of art here and there. You should discuss it with them they would be happy to talk about it.
They do not allow drop-ins for items. You will need to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment to bring in items.
I don't think so, unless it's suitable for a home office.
