I have had small propeller planes circling nonstop over my neighborhood since 11am. Pretty sure you guys are supposed to call it at 10pm. I’d love to be able to sleep at least after an entire day of not being able to escape your noise. Please establish some sort of way to hold your pilots accountable. This is beyond ridiculous. I wrote this a few months ago. Last night someone went until midnight, flying nice and low so we could hear it from the bedroom. And they are back at it again bright and early, of course. Thanks for making it impossible to sleep.

This is a nice little airport. They have good air shows there. They have a nice little restaurant there.

Unfortunately no & not at the terminal. Hilltop Inn has a great bar, just not a view.
Blue Sky Bistro offers breakfast and lunch in the terminal, M-F, 8am-2pm.
Free. There are two areas. One for parking your car less than 72 hours and a gravel parking lot 500 yards away that is for longer durations. Both lots are very close to Signature and the terminal.
On a private plane yes. On commercial no
Yes. GoRentals, Hertz, and National Car Rental are located on the field.
There are multiple charter operations, and services that are on the airport. No scheduled commercial airline service exists but the likes of Mountain Aviation, Denver Jet connection and many others may be willing to fly a pet to Phoenix on a private aircraft.
I believe it is a B-17.
RMMA has 3 runways and their lengths are: 12L/30R - 9,000' 12R/30L - 7,002' 3/21 - 3,600'
There are 4+ flight schools at the field and they do flight training nearly everyday that weather permits! If the prop planes you saw were small single engine craft that is likely what you saw. The airport can get extremely busy with training traffic alone.
The response from jerplane400 is incorrect and rude. You may visit the airports main website where there is a noise complaint form. There are strict noise rules for aircraft, just like cars, that the operators must abide.
The bulk of arrivals and departures will typically be commensurate with most airports being mornings and evenings for those coming and going for business while GA (leisure and training) tends to be heavier and more consistent on weekends though there is some business traffic on weekends as well.
