If I could give them zero stars I would as their customer service was unprofessional. I thought based on their google reviews that they were a reputable place as I have gone to lash specialists in the past that gave me beautiful results. I moved during COVID to the Morris county area and needed new lash place. I thought this was a place where you get natural looking lashes and I was willing to pay top dollar for the service. I have paid over 200 dollars for lashes in the past for natural individual single lashes that usually take 2-3 hours to do. I researched further that K Eyelash does individual flare lashes not individual single lashes. This is a big thing to not make clear to customers as I was confused and stunned at how Amy "completed" my lashes under an 1 hour. When I saw the final results I was horrified. I looked like I had the lashes from the Volkswagen beetle. I became visibly upset at the low quality of this service as I expected them to look natural. They looked faked and uneven. Amy became frustrated and threw a solution in my eye that burned my eye and then said she would need to find a time to take them off so it would not burn me because of the glue. I luckily had time later that afternoon as I was flying for my destination wedding the next day. All in all, this was a horrible experience and warn everyone to not come here.

One of the most worst experience I’ve ever encountered. My lids are sore my eyes burn and they did a horrendous job applying the lashes. I was left with bald spots on my lash area. A few of my real lashes were taken off. She did lash removal and it was painful. Above my lashes my lids are swollen. It took them 3 1/2 for this mess. I drove very far. The top of my lids are wrinkled. I was charged $170.00 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! She did nothing to make up for it but wanted the $170 I told her I would Leave a review and she said that was fine.. so here it is! There’s many other places that would charge less for a better job… never again!
