Worst experience. First things first, this place is run down. Homeless people sleeping inside at night, your lucky if half their equipment even works, the change machine was out of order for few days.. I went there because my son threw up on my Kate Spade comforter, it’s a huge comforter, can’t wash it at home. Took my business there, single mom with a sick child, and I was having to drag him in and out of the house to get this taken care of, after washing I went back to dry, dried it 3-4x $1 every time just to come back and find that my comforter was GONE! Come to find out even though the husband was sympathetic with my situation, his wife threw my comforter in the dumpster out back! Note the comforter was $300. They kindly told me where the dumpster was located and where I could retrieve it.. real class a business let me tell you. NEVER AGAIN!!!

0/5 if I could. I used to come here as a kid. So I decided to come back as an adult. The commercial washer took 5.50 worth of my quarters, the wash did not start and said I had to pay again. It’s extremely dirty and unkempt as well. DO NOT COME HERE.

1/2017 dropped off my husband's suit for same day service, I come back to pick it up at the time given and it had been dropped off at another location. 2hrs later I call to make sure it was there and was told yes but can you hurry because I have somewhere to go. I should have learned then. 10/2017 I dropped off my light blue wool coat, I came to pick it up 12/2017 (yes after 30 days and i take responsibility for that) to be told that there is no trace of my coat. Did someone else pick it up? What color is it again? I was told to check my home and they will check the other locations and call me back. I was never called. I called for two days without a resolution and was told they don't have the coat or their copy of the ticket. Also they are not responsible because it was over 30 days. ** I DO NOT RECOMMEND **
