I bought $5.66 in gas yesterday (8/25/2022) and this Circle K put a $101 hold on my account that lasts THREE DAYS. I paid with debit and used my PIN, so the hold is supposed to clear instantly. I literally needed $106.66 in my account to buy $5.66 in gas. I called them about it, they said it was my bank. Called the bank, they assured me it was Circle K. I called Circle K again, and they just took my info and hung up. No resolution. I'm being punished for the convenience of paying at the pump instead of going inside and standing in line. On top of that, this location employs very rude people who don't allow service animals inside. Instead, they suggested illegally leaving the dog in the car on a hot summer day. They advertise discounts and promotions, but then charge full price. Their fountain drink selection is very nice, when it works. Frequently the machine is out of syrup or sometimes they run diet soda through the regular nozzles when they run out. I'm allergic to aspartame, the sweetener that makes most diet drinks diet, and this has happened to me three times so far. They also are lazy and put hot food stickers on cold food, causing it to not qualify for EBT purchases. This store has gotten so frustrating that I have to take my business elsewhere. I could deal with all the other issues, but this ridiculous $101 hold on a $5.66 gasoline purchase was the straw that broke the camel's back. I won't be buying anything from this store again and I'll be warning everyone I can about it.

Circle K is always packed full of people, but thats only because they have everything! Even a fast, HOT, food if your in a hurry. Also, the restrooms are public and ALWAYS clean! My only complaint is pump 7! The diesel gas on pump 7 is the slowest pump I've ever seen!
