Magda was awesome in covering all the details from start to finish. They're very busy right now. They quoted us 6-8 weeks to finish the cabinets and they were ready on time! Nice People to Deal with. definitely would recommend. The Knowledgeable staff is very professional , helpful and very courteous. It was a pleasure to work with them. Magda walked us through every Step and helped us in Selecting the style and color of he cabinets.

Thomas was so helpful and personable. He stayed back late at the office/ warehouse on a Friday afternoon even though his wife was very pregnant and they had their baby shower that weekend. He provided thorough quotes for both kitchen cabinets and countertops, and even though I did not use Factory Plaza for the kitchen cabinets (only because they were not available in time for my installation), he was very understanding and still gave me great advice for the whole project. He followed up on every step of the process starting from explaining the differences in countertops, helping me choose one to suit my needs and style, calculating an estimate, scheduling the measurements, revising the estimate, scheduling the installation, and following up on the final result.
