Doug really messed up my hair. He did not give me what I asked for at all. I specified at the very beginning that I wanted a skin fade at the bottom tapered up to a two near the top and I wanted to keep the top longer. I don't think you can call it a fade if the sides are all the same length. He clearly didn't understand how to cut hair with a cowlick. He just used a razor to chop off the cowlick, leaving a weird spot at the top of my head that's definitely not going to grow back correctly. I don't know if it's common practice to have the patron with their back towards the mirror (??), but I really wish I would have been able to steer in another direction during the haircut instead of being spun around at the very end and being shown a product that I disliked. There was nothing left to do by that point. It's really disappointing that I have to walk around like this for a few weeks. I wish there was a way to make it right, but I no longer trust this establishment enough to return.

Good hair cuts! Old school Chicago barbershop. They've got a bunch of old cash registers...cuz you pay in cash! Follow up- still going here for all my haircuts. Still love it.

The shop is very clean and the staff are super friendly. It also has fun atmosphere and is alot bigger than the outside would suggest
