We called to make an appointment for a same day curl, was told they could not and then hung up on. No follow up or when they did have availability.. so rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe a business just hung up on someone trying to come see them. Unbelievable. Will never been going here again

Shaheen is great for eyebrows. Noone has ever spent so much time working on my eyebrows before. She wanted to make sure my eyebrows look perfect. Also Shaheen uses very respectful language. She definitely has a lot of experience.

I have driven 20 minutes to this location for close to 7 years because I loved how they did my eyebrows. Twice in a row, I have gone and been very displeased with my eyebrows. A couple of months ago, I went and my eyebrows were threaded too thin. I waited until they grew back to come in. Today, I got a second person and she threaded into the main part of the eyebrow. I have a missing patch of hair that will have to grow back. So unfortunate.
