T-Mobile right now has been the worst as far as customer service, my bill is supposed to be 350 and they’re still trying to charge me for a phone that I haven’t needed since December

I understand that everyone, every business is hurting for business. Unfortunately this dealer is not a good place to do business with. They make a simple visit into a ordeal. It makes it impossible to support your local business. Really rude!!
