Omar was timely, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to immediately determine the reason the drum of our dryer wasn’t turning, and by chance happened to have the replacement part needed. He also cleaned the dryer since it was open, replaced a worn belt, and performed basic maintenance (oiling, etc.). On top of all of that, he was very kind and personable.
