I read all their steps and showed up to my appointment with all my documents in order. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I had another step because I was starting for the first time and that process was even easier. Cynthia explained everything to me and I never once felt confused. I had both of our passports in less than a week. It was worth every penny! This company is as genuine and easy as it comes. If you can’t afford a passport with them good luck with the post office. I would gladly pay again for their services. And when my passport expires I’ll be coming right back again.
