I love this place. It literally reminds me of my Nonna's kitchen-- no frills decor and delicious standards. The menu is large and the portions larger. But the prices are not large at all--the value is amazing. I think the best dish is the chicken picante, but I've liked everything I've had. The patio is lovely and spacious. And I've always had good service. NB: They take only cash and VENMO, for which they kindly walked us through the process.

They have great valet service!
They do not have a ramp. However, they will go out of their way to accommodate and help anyone with a wheelchair to enter their business. Also the entrance doors are sidewalk level, there would be no issues for a wheelchair to enter.
Yes they have gift certificates you just have to pay cash or write a check for one.

That is correct. There is valet parking free of charge but the employees work for tips. Do the right thing.
I have been there only twice. On both occasions I called in advance to know the wait time and inquire about reservations. On both occasions they stated first come first serve. It is a busy place so call and verify your question about reservations.
