I love the bariatric walker except for the back wheels are on backwards. There is a sticker on the leg that says "mount back wheels on the outside of leg". Mine are mounted on the inside. I almost tripped 3 times in the 7 days since they dropped it off at my house. When I realized the problem I called and was hung up on. Now they won't take my calls. Medline has a great product but those hired to assemble the product must know how to assemble and troubleshoot issues.

My name is Judith Smith. What started out as good care from this company went horribly bad along the way. I would be told I was getting my cannula and oxygen hoses only to find out they never sent them. This happened repeatedly. I would ask for a certain size cannula. Told that was no problem. Then sent huge cannula. Way too big for my nose. I finally made grievances to the insurance. I had to do this 2x. It got worse with Lincare after I did this. I was not in a position to switch companies. My husband had to start putting the orders in. Still never got my order. Finally was able to get rid of that awful company! Then they kept telling me to keep the c-pap as they didn't want it. You think I trusted them??? I reported this to the insurance as I was sure they were going to try to stick me for money. They picked up ALL their equipment on 8/3/21. We have receipts. We had to MAKE them take all the equipment. On 1/28/22 Lincare started calling asking for their equipment!!! This morning 1/31/22 they called again asking for Rhonda!! (NOT MY NAME!!) I had enough of them and blocked them. So they just showed up at my door wanting their equipment that they picked up on 8/3/21!! Maybe a harassment suit will get them to leave me alone if this review doesn't work. Judith Smith Merrillville Indiana 8/16/22 found out that they have been billing the insurance for the last year!! I had called the insurance to report them when they started trying to get equipment they picked up in August 2021 this summer 2022. This is how I found out! The insurance company (that I notified in 2021 that Lincare might try to continue billing them) said not to worry. That they would make sure Lincare stopped bothering me. That what Lincare was doing amounted to fraudulent behavior!
