This is my favorite thrift store in Chicago! They have a crazy wide selection and something is always on sale on top of already low second-hand prices. This is probably the cleanest Village Discount I've been to, although it is a bit worn, but nothing terrible. Staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful - they worked with me when I needed a single chair and let me buy it out of a set of four, which honestly shocked me. Be sure that you visit all three floors - 1st floor is clothes, 2nd floor is mainly home goods, 3rd floor is furniture and odds & ends. Staircases are on the far right and left sides of the building and they can bring furniture down from the top floor on an elevator for you. Village always has something I need, and I've also found some super cool stuff here, like a limited edition Homestar Runner plush ($2 at Village for something that normally goes for over $100 online). So many treasures - take your time and find something great!

It's a thrift store. You would have to look on the second floor.
Yes
I believe there's technically two of those stores that have three floors 4021 West 26th Street and I want to say that the Milwaukee Avenue thrift store has a basement, ground level, and 2nd floor
Yes 10 am - 6 pm
They except both debit and credit and there isn't a minimum as of yet.
Julia, unfortunately they do not. I'm going to point you in the right direction though 💪🏽 Here's 2 companies that definitely cash out for clothing albeit not forking over a ton of cash. Note: both of these companies are looking for more trendy items and they must be clean. You must also present a valid state ID or driver's license. Crossroads trading Co: Three locations (Wicker Park / Lincoln Park / Evanston, Illinois Buffalo Exchange: Two locations (Wicker Park / Andersonville) There's two methods of receiving value for your clothing. 1.) store credit - You receive a store credit vauled at 50% of what they'll charge for your item retail 2.) Cash - if you want cash for your merchandise you want to receive 33% of what they'll for your item retail
It's on 26 and pulaski ! It's usually not too packed on weekdays 😉 just use masks and use hand sanitizer at all times!!
You have to provide your own transportation
No.
And to add on to Angela's answer you actually do a 50% off everyday in a series of rotating color tags. They have six colors that they use when pricing items and these colors include blue, green, yellow, orange, pink. All of which are eligible for 50% off but they rotate in sets of threes per week. When one color drops off of 50%, another color adds on. The new color switch happens every Thursday without fail. Those 50% tags go into further discount with Tuesday's weekly buy one get one free.
No
You should subscribe for their emails. They'll have half specials on holidays and they'll inform you. However, they do have half off on certain color tags everyday, so check it out :)
