When I went to pay she asked how much I wanted to tip. I said she could put 5 on extra and she looked at me and said usually customers tip 20%. I told her she could make it 70 but will never go back. So unprofessional and the massage wasn’t even that good. Not to mention she kept leaving the room burning through MY TIME which is why the tip was only going to be 5. After my review they did refund me after calling 5 times to explain. We were able to text it out. My money was fully returned.
