The food was prepared perfectly. It was delicious. The chef who prepared our food in front of us was very entertaining. Overall it was a great experience. We drove an hour and a half to get there and we plan on going again every month

Olive oil, but only when cooking right in front of you. Back of the house they use Motor oil.
