Horrible customer service wait times with zero information on items in stock. Can't reach the store directly and the fools at the call center are just sales people with no info on inventory at specific locations. Wasted hours trying to find out if a hitch is actually in stock for immediate installation still with no clue if it is without paying online and showing up there hoping they have it. Terrible business strategy!

Usually fan of U-Haul staff but this one just isn't accommodating at all. Wouldn't remove a dolly that was in their truck despite because they felt they would have lost the dolly themselves. So now I'm inconvenienced because THEY are going to lose something
