I left my dog, Tyson at Dogtown Brickell for the second time as I traveled and received a "casual" message that he was attacked by another dog next to his eye but was ok... not only he was attacked near the eye causing a deep scar, but had scar all over his head and ears. my husband and I noticed he came back with dry scabs all over his back, skin allergy and an open bacterial infection on his tummy as diagnosed by our vet.apart from the physical issues, he's been back for over a week and is still behaving like he is traumatised. honestly 0 stars!

Super disappointed with the way the process breaks down here. 1st they do a trial period where they audition your dog and if they approve your dog in their trial period, then your dog is allowed to stay there. Well, my dog passed their audition and stayed a few times and got along great with every dog according to the employees feedback, ....however... apparently my dog got into a couple of spats with a specific breed of dog, a golden retriever, only golden retrievers for some strange reason ..... Instead of separating my dog from the golden retrievers, they cancelled his membership which completely threw our plans and scheduling off. Thought they might be more creative in finding a solution, but apparently not.....

Loved the experience we had with Dogtown, and our dog did as well! Easy check in and out process and especially loved the daily diary they would send us about how our dog was doing. From the looks of it, our dog loved the open playpen:)
