Change machines do not work. I wasn't expecting much, but when your business runs off change, you might want to get it working. Or put in a credit card reader like most of the newer self washes have. just saying.

The carwash didn't work and took my money!! Called several times, trying to contact someone with no response .

Laser wash there is a total waste of money. I paid 10 bucks for the premium wash and two of the modes didn't have the right soap. My car came out still dirty and barely dry. The vacuum cleaner didn't pick up much and the nozzle was pretty beat up.
