They don't do septum piercings. I know that next door from different drummer they do though and I think its only $30. The place is called tried and true

Like any tattoo, it depends on the size and detail. Artists make their own prices depending on the complexities of the tattoo, artist experience level, etc. The last I heard their shop minimum was $30, meaning you cant get a tattoo cheaper than that no matter how small it is. Your best bet is to stop by and have a consultation with one of the artists that fits the style you're going for.
