Worst service imaginable. I wish I could list a negative star. They demand that you make an appointment. When you make an appointment, they fail to honor it. Their excuse: "It's not in our book" I will never go there again; there are too many "honorable" competitors. I encourage anyone considering using this business to seek an alternative.

Absolutely horrible. From the moment we walked in the door. Terrible customer service. Said they no longer accept walk ins yet when I called they said they did. The lady that cut my nieces hair was doing another kids hair cut and said she would squeeze my niece in. Okay. I’ll let the rudeness be done. Then when my niece walks up she’s in tears. The lady who cut her hairs says, what’s wrong? I explain and she says, I cut her bangs shorter because they grow fast. Really? You didn’t even ask me if that was okay. Well let me tell you what’s wrong. First she cut her bangs way too short. She was told to just trim. And they are so uneven it looks ridiculous. This little girl is so embarrassed she will only wear a hat now. She was asked to trim not make decisions based on what she thought.
