Trip so good that I came back a month later. First trip was with my friend and his family. Had a blast. Had so much fun I took my girlfriend and her dad a month later. The crew here are very friendly and are willing to help when they can. Will be doing this again in the future.

We booked this last minute the night before and decided to do the 10 mile Bushkill to Smithfield Beach kayaking trip. The address in your confirmation email makes the check-in office easy to find. From there, the very friendly staff provides you with great directions to your pick-up point. We parked in Smithfield Beach ($10 parking fee for NPS) and an Adventure Sport driver picked us up from our car and dropped us off with our Kayak and gear at Bushkill. The 10 mile trip was gorgeous. We hit a couple of small rapids, saw some cool wildlife, and took a break to rocky scramble on the shore. Other than the physical kayaking, the entire trip was hassle free. A word of caution, the current was not really in our favor so it ended up being ~4 hours of active kayaking to make the 10 miles, quite a work out! But we loved the friendly staff, the chill vibes, and the gorgeous views. Highly recommend!

Been coming here every year for 14 years for our annual overnight canoe trip. You won't find a more knowledgeable and helpful canoeing company. Just bring your gear and they have all the suggestions you need for camp sites, routes, and what to look out for. Over a dozen trip options for single day trips, 2-days, 3-days, and 4-day trips. Couldn't ask for a better experience. See you again.

Any group with 10 or more adults can qualify for our group rates. We handle groups from 10 people to several hundred people. Obviously the larger your group the potential for more planning is required. Just give us a call or email and we will help you out. Thank you.
For the '22 season, we plan on opening April 23rd, weather permitting. Thank you.
Hi Victoria, I realize this is an old question, but I just felt I should clarify some things for others reading this. First off, we do not now (or even within the past 25 or so years) charge a deposit. I am assuming you booked online and then canceled your trip. Booking online does take payment in full at the time of booking, if you book via phone call to us, we do not take payment until the day of your trip (yes, we take a credit card number, but we do not charge it). If you canceled your trip (prior to trip time) you would have received a full refund. The refund does usually take 24-48 business hours, so weekends and holidays can impact when you would see the refund put back into your account. Thank you.
Canoes, kayaks, and rafts, no tubes.
The short answer is yes you can, the longer answer is, yes you can, but maybe you shouldn't. The rafts are big and only having 2 adults to paddle can mean a much longer or even "harder" trip than you planned. Your best bet would be to call us so we can give you your best options. Thank you.
All of the trips run on the Delaware River through the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Fishing is allowed but anybody 16 and older must have a Pennsylvania or New Jersey fishing license.
Once you're done you give them a call and they will pick you up
