If you are looking for an apartment PLEASE look elsewhere. There is a severe bedbug infestation, and management is incredibly negligent in dealing with it. Multiple people here have reported bedbugs, so it is very likely that all apartment units have this problem since bedbugs are notorious for spreading. This particular pest is extremely resilient, and scarily easy to pick up, unknowingly, and will follow you even if you move to another residence. Even visiting this place puts you at risk for picking up a hitchhiking bedbug. If you are a resident here who suffers from bedbugs, and if management is refusing to address the problem, there are legal steps you can take. The Utah Fit Premises Act covers this situation, and requires your landlord to address this issue AND cover all necessary costs to do so. Please, if you live here, look into these laws and take advantage of them. If someone you know lives here, please inform them that are laws that can protect them. It seems there are people who live here who have been taken advantage of by their landlord, either by being refused treatment for the problem or being told that paying for an extermination is the tenant's responsibility. In Utah, this is only tenant's responsibility if the tenant caused the bedbug problem. In the case of Aspire Salt Lake, it is clear that the infestation is widespread, and I can only assume has gone untreated for a long time. If your landlord fails to address the problem after receiving a notice of deficient living conditions, you are legally entitled to forfeit responsibility for your lease, as well as receive compensation from your landlord.

Please do not move here!!! They charge you fees for services they don’t provide, like Valet trash pick up! And they make you pay for made up fees like cam fee $44.41 water $20.43 property tax $10. Sewer$19.21 they have a-pest problem and leave notes on your door saying they will enter your apartment when you are not home and it’s mandatory inspection which by law they are not suppose to and if in your household you have more than one car the extra vehicle will get towed and they won’t let you pay the $25 to add your example husband’s vehicle as told by neighbors and worst of all there ZEGO app you use to pay rent charged me $40.95 on two occasions for a processing fee when it was supposed to be 1.95 They will not refund the money!!! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!

They told my wife they went by how much you make not credit scores. Brought them a deposit and the applications. Which they said would secure the hold for the apartment 🤔 They denied us based off Credit scores? They completely contradicted what they said qualifies you. I

These apartments are horrible to live in. I’ve been living here for 7 years, and let me tell you these apartments are not worth your money. Me and my wife have been robbed by people and we’ve gotten our car tires slashed by children that live here. We also have seen mice, roaches, and bedbugs all around. You will get robbed and ignored here. Please don’t come live here. If you’re late for rent they will charge you an extra $100 like they did for us. Don’t recommend
