I tried to call to figure out whether or not they were available to change my oil today, and the first time I called, I was hung up on while they were transferring me to the auto department. I understand it can happen and just tried to call again. The second time I ed they just picked up the phone and hung it up, didn't even say anything to me. Then the third and final time I called, nobody picked up the phone, and it just hung up. You're going to lose customers this way.

never answer there phones for weeks.we even drove in to the store and noone was there.and the hours said they should be open...very poor service..
