They wouldn't fix a chip in my glass. They said it might break the whole windshield if they attempted that. They should STATE that in their commercial jingle. Might NOT REPLACE and probably can't fix it. So the technician left not doing a thing. He said just replace it later on when the chip spider webbed. Well, we did. At another shop who took 100.00 of our deductible that Safelite would not. There you have it. Nice t.v. jingle.... call elsewhere first.

Filed a claim though my insurance company and the appointment was scheduled in the following day. The replacement and recalibration were completed pretty quickly by the well-trained technician. They also offer free coffee and pop while waiting in store.

Wasn't happy to have to get an appointment to fix window the technician did a week before. But the office personnel were very polite and helpful and work was quickly done.
