I needed to replace my mortise entry lock, and wanted to go with a keyless system without converting from the mortise lock type. This isn't very common in mortise locks and isn't readily available at standard retailers. I contacted Woodland over the weekend about a Yale nexTouch Sectional Mortise lock and John got back to me very quickly with an estimate (that correctly reflected all the options I had requested) and he followed up with a phone call to review the details and verify the installation details. These locks are complicated to a non-expert in locks and John patiently helped walk me through the options (which can be daunting if you just look at the Yale catalog) and helped me better understand the product. John was professional, knowledgeable, extremely informative, quick to communicate and gave me confidence in my product selection. I am very happy to have found Woodland Building Supply and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Their door person will never answer his phone, and doesn't return calls. I've tried to get in touch with him for two months and he never calls back. I would not recommend ever using their services as it's very frustrating to keep trying to reach someone and have them completely ignore you and , they set front desk talking , they no help me
