My wife's father is buried at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Veteran's Cemetery right up the road from Silver Dollar Restaurant. So whenever we go visit him we always stop in here to grab a quick bite to eat. Food is absolutely delicious and the servers are wonderful here. Prices are reasonable as well.

The service was fair. We went during lunch hours, but it wasn't very busy. I would have expected better service from the waitress. The food was okay, nothing that would really want me to return anytime soon

Amazing AriD

I thought it had nice seating and a nice design. However the overhead music was just TOO loud for comfort. Could not hear our group. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the salmon, which itself was delicious was only served on a large plate with a piece of lettuce. The plating left some to the imagination I guess. Definitely great food but a boring plating situation. I'd add some kind of vegetable (green beans or something) in the corner of the plate. Just an idea. The waitress did work kindly and quickly as we had a decent sized group. I asked for green beans to go with my salmon instead of fries and she offered an option they had which I thought was sweet, she didn't have to.
