I purchased a 2011 Nissan Armada in February, I paid full price, soon after I discovered the DVD player wasn’t working, the airbag light came on, the tailgate underside had rust spots, and most recently the A/C Is not working. I understand that things happen to vehicles that can’t be predicted, but this seems like they purchased this car from someone else and resold it to me with total disregard as to wether it had any mechanical issues. I would be less inclined to leave a negative review if they were helpful at fixing the issues, but unfortunately that is not the case. All in all, Joe and Paul do a great job living up to the negative stereotype of used car salesman. Be careful if you are considering buying your vehicle from them!

In today’s age of no-contact shopping, and with online sales booming, you’d think such a highly rated dealership would try to accommodate modern shoppers. Not the case. Joe and Paul Crouse will not return emails, phone calls, or any other request at information about their vehicles. I’ve repeatedly attempted to contact Joe and Paul Crouse over a few week period, over a few different vehicles. Admittedly JPC has great cars, a great selection, but the customer service is so subpar that I cannot recommend shopping here. In 2022, when a company will only serve you if you come directly to their lot, yet they claim to offer the best “car buying experience”, one must ask themselves what all this entails. Terrible customer service, terrible hours, rude staff, only “in-person” … but hey, the selection of cars isn’t bad, if you can ever get someone who cares enough to help you.
