I don't want to be this person, but I have nothing but problems with Bountiful Light & Power. I felt as if the staff on the phone were talking down to me. I can't imagine how they would treat someone who is having financial trouble or forgot to pay their bill. Also, the online bill pay is hard to navigate, and I don't know how many times I have to tell them I'm not receiving any of my bills via email or mail, but they instead send my bill to my landlord. Overall just a disappointing experience

Lots of power outages with them. Over the past years it seems to happen at least once a month that there will be an outage. Notification and reporting on outages isn't available by website.

The women that answer the phone are incredibly rude and do not act as if they want to be there at all. One woman laughed at my question as if I had no idea what I was requesting. I will be interacting with them a little as possible.
