Arrived at the facility Sat. 6/11 @ noon. Suppose to be open until 1:00pm. Gates closed, no one around. Someone else pulled up also expecting them to be open. It’s best to call before you travel there as it seems their hours are a matter of convenience.

Easy access for mulch & compost. Why do east allen residents have to pay $25 for permit when other member municipal residents do not pay a user fee. Is this not state funded/mandated.

There is a small fee to drop off grass clippings over one bag. You must be a resident of certain borough’s or townships. They will want to see a drivers license upon entry.
