Chris (I don’t know her last name) in the permits department is an amazing woman!! I don’t know how I would have completed things to get done without her patience, guidance, and understanding. This Boro has a treasured employee with her on board.

My only concern is the licensing and inspection department for the fact that I deal on regular basis with this department, this department is supervised and directed my Keith place that has done a wonderful job with the Department, from my experience with the department there is some challenges one of the main challenges this department is understaffed this is not the Department's fault since the borough of Pottstown struggles with Revenue and funding there is areas in the department that need to be filled, the Department could benefit with more funding and Staffing To help the department function more efficient to offer more services.
