My oil light came on and I wasn’t by my house and I didn’t want to drive my car far distance. I called Firestone to ask if I could come by so they can check it. They said no problem. When I got there the manager was extremely helpful and attentive. Extremely grateful that he assisted when I was in a pinch!

I recommend this place to everyone they are very honest and they tell you clearly what happens with your car step by step I am very happy with their services I have been bringing my cars for more than 3 years for alignment and tire change and I can say that it is the best place that I have visited I do not remember his name but he is the manager who speaks Spanish very good and honest person he is the main reason why I take my cars to this place of service

Husband made an appt to not have to wait and was told that the appt was made through corporate so they double book. His appt was 8am it is now 11am and his vehicle is still not ready. This is not the first time this has happened and unfortunately he cannot go anywhere else because it’s a work vehicle and this is the only place he can take the vehicle. However it should not take all day if he had an appt they need to create a better system this is poor customer service
